Viben Toys offers a one year limited manufacturer warranty. Our manufacture warranty is valid for one year after the date of purchase. Proof of purchase from an authorized dealer must be provided. This warranty is valid for manufacturers' defects and mechanical failure only. Products may be substituted with a similar item of equal or lesser value.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs to the manufacturer. Outside of the US, Mexico or Canada, customers are required to pay for shipping to and from our warranty department.
