Final Sale on Intimate Products
For health and safety reasons, intimate products are final sale once opened or used. This includes vibrators, dildos, anal toys, masturbators, lubricants, and intimate apparel.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Unopened Non-Intimate Items
Unopened, non-intimate items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty on Rechargeable Toys
Most rechargeable toys include a manufacturer warranty (1 year).
This warranty is valid for manufacturers defects and mechanical failure
only.
Covers: Mechanical or battery defects under normal use
Does Not Cover: Wear and tear, misuse, water damage, or improper charging
To file a claim, contact us with your order number and proof of issue. Used items usually do not need to be returned.
Refunds
Products may be substituted with a similar item of equal or lesser value.
